When I jiggle my headset around it sounds like something small is moving around in there in the left earcup. It's bugging me a lot, and when move my head around a lot in a Skype call, my friends can hear it as well. I'm kind of new to all this support ticket stuff, as I've never really had to send anything like this back to a company to get a replacement. Toasted Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 If the headset is under 30 days old, you can contact your seller and ask if they can replace the headset. If not request an RMA to replace it. If you do request an RMA, make sure you upload a picture of the invoice to the ticket.
