joongpark
I love all my Corsair gears. I especially love K70 RGB + M65 RGB mouse combo. However, my M65 sensor just died out of no where. All the buttons and lights work but sensor does not work. I tried resetting the mouse and forcing update. I also tried several pcs and laptop and nothing works. Is there anything I should try to bring back this mouse to life? Thanks.
c-attack
No, buttons get mushy, feet wear down, but not too many sensor fail complaints. If that is it, I am not sure what could be done. Contact Corsair directly through the ticket support system. The warranty is usually two years on the mice, but you will need the purchase invoice to set the start point. That said, you may want to take a peak at your local prices for the M65 Pro. You will probably need to pay shipping to Corsair for the dead mouse. That plus time & effort might narrow the gap to the current market price.

joongpark
Do you know how long it usually takes Corsair to respond to ticket? I submitted ticket 5 days ago and no reply still. Thanks.
c-attack
It is intended to be quickly, but I suspect they are still working off the backlog created by the increase in holiday purchases combined with the reduction in hours people come to work.
