IFawkx
Hello Community, after I've been trying to sort these issues out for about 6 hours now, I have created an account here to seek professional help. My Vengeance K70 is not working with Linux - xubuntu to be precise - as it should. Everything appears to be alright at first, but whenever I try to adjust the brightness, the keyboard seems to freeze, not registering any input after. It only works after rebooting the computer. I'd love to get this to work with linux, but I had no luck with Linux Mint 17, Xubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 12.10 and Ubuntu Mate. I have tried every single USB Port on my machine, every mode (BIOS, 1, 2, 4, 8), EVERYTHING.
Toasted
What firmware the is keyboard on? This will require a Windows based machine or virtual machine as CUE only works in Windows. Have you given the unofficial Linux/OSX drivers a try as well? http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=133929
