toxxicxmodz
When I try to update CUE, I get the following error: The older version of Corsair Utility Engine could not be removed. Please contact your technical support group. I tried: Restarting computer Updating keyboard firmware (force from server) Running CUE as administrator. Please help me, all help is very appreciated! Corsair Jay
Try Windows Uninstall CUE first. If you don't see it or still get the same message, then manual uninstall by deleting files and cleaning any registry entries left over. You can also opt to try uninstaller software like IObit uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller, etc. But there's also the manual method as well. It's kind of long but this is a good walkthrough on an example here
