  1. I am also seeing this issue. Clicking on any of the presets does absolutely nothing. I am a Corsair fan but I find the icue software to be poorly written.
  2. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/173939-seriously-expiring-security-certificates-on-icue-3x-aka-curse-of-the-missing-dashboard-info/#comment-1005321 I can't seem to edit my posts anymore. But here is the link that will help you DonutCrispy.
  3. I do thank you for you time to explain the situation. However Corsair has lost my trust. I have already solved the issue by deleting the certificates. I appreciate the community's help in doing this. I will be keeping my system as is.
  4. There are several threads here about this issue that started last week. It's due to expired certificates in the software that Corsair set to expire. There are solutions in the threads. Good luck!
  5. Yes. Thank you again. I have iCue working again for all of my devices. I have an H100i V2 that works perfectly still. And it won't work in iCue 4. So that's why I wanted this to work so bad. Thanks again!
  6. Ok. I solved the permission issues. I believe I have it working now. Thank you so much for the video. That really helped.
  7. Thank you for the video. I have tried what you show and I get an error message that "Access is Denied". I get that on all 4 files.
  8. Or buy something else as I did. I know when Corsair says they'll look into it that really means a year or two later we'll still be waiting for a fix.
  9. Can not get Unsigner to delete the certs. It just will not work. I just ordered an Aorus Waterforce X 240 from Amazon. I am finished with Corsair. Too bad because I have a Corsair keyboard and memory as well as a Corsair PSU. I build and repair computers and I have spent too much time on this already. I am moving on from Corsair products.
  10. I must be an idiot or still doing something wrong. I followed your directions and the certs are still there. I move the files over and the window closes as soon as I do so. I never get to the point of having to press a key to close the window myself. We shouldn't have to be doing this. I will try a few more times and then just order another CPU cooler from another company. Thanks for the help.
  11. Can one of you please explain how I can use Fileunsigner to do this? I downloaded the program but when I run the .exe all I get is a command prompt type windows. In it all I can do is press any key to exit. I can't do anything else. Obviously I am doing something wrong but I can't figure it out. Help please. I have to run iCue 3.xx because 4 will not recognize my H100i V2. It's old but it still works great. And if I have to replace it to get a piece of software working I can assure it won't be replaced with a Corsair product.
  12. Mine still isn't working. I can get the CPU and GPU listed now but the info is frozen. It never changes. So something is still messed up.
  13. Yea this one has me scratching my head. I wish Corsair would chime in here with an idea or two. I am also running Windows 11 on a seperate SSD in this computer. I have the same issue in iCue in Windows 11 as I do in Windows 10.
  14. It happened to me too. I leave my computer on 24/7. I also have Windows 10 updates paused. iCue was working just fine last night. This morning I am missing my CPU and my GPU. I don't think it's a Windows update since I have mine paused. Does anyone know how to get my GPU temps/fans back in iCue? The above work around is working for my CPU but not my GPU.
  15. I had to downgrade icue to a previous version. My H100i V2 was not showing in the latest version. Might be similar to my issue. An older version of icue fixed my issue.
  16. I ended up downgrading. I tried V.4.14.179 and I had issues too. My H100i V2 was not detected. Then if I changed the color of my keyboard my memory sticks also changed colors to whatever the keyboard was set to. I reverted back to V3 and all is well again.
  17. I try to do it as fast as I can after the computer is shut down. That way the thermal compound hasn't had time to cool down. Do not twist the pump off of the CPU. I have done that before and ruined a CPU with a bunch of bent pins. Just pull up and not with too much force.
  18. Go back into the bios and make a custom profile for your case fans. I have found in the past if I set my fans to one of the presets, especially quiet, the fans will rev up and down. Set you own fan curves and then save the settings in the bios.

    XMP issue

I set mine to the exact settings as you did. Works great. Good luck.

    XMP issue

I have the same board and memory but I am using a Ryzen 3800X. I got continual blue screens if I tried to use XMP. Once I disabled XMP and set the voltage and timings manually I haven't had an issue. I know you said you originally had a stable computer using XMP. But I never could get mine to boot with XMP on. Only blue screens.
  21. I'd send it back to Amazon and get another one. It sounds like you might have a defective one. Or it might be what's called coil whine. Although I have never heard it so I can't be sure. Either way exchange it.
  22. If the PSU tests fine then it might be a motherboard issue. I have had that issue before.
  23. You should be able to get it from the Corsair website. I just ordered one for my H100i last week. Came within 4 days. If you can't find it there then try Amazon.
