  1. Sounds like the driver is not installed. You can do this by installing the M60 firmware updater, browse to the install folder, drivers and right click the .inf and install.
  2. Have you tried re-seating the spacebar? It may help.
  3. Have you tried updating your chipset drivers and running the firmware update as administrator?
  4. Plug the keyboard into another computer, does the keyboard work normally or the num-lock, etc L.E.D.s still flash? I've heard about it a while back but i don't think the OP came back. Also put in a support ticket and ask if they have any ideas to bring the keyboard back to life.
  5. I'd suggest you RMA the keyboard if it is still in warranty (two years) If the replacement keyboard is faulty, contact customer service via phone and tell them that. They usually cover shipping for items needing a second replacement.
  6. Does it work in other media players e.g. Windows Media Player?
  7. Call customer service via phone and explain your issue. It should be faster than waiting for a reply online. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number.
  8. I'm running Windows 8.1 and the M90 mouse without problems. Can you try the mouse on another computer? Does the mouse still lag?
  9. Have you tried plugging the mouse into a USB 2.0 port?
  10. What do you mean its not working? If you double click the short cut and it doesn't open, check the notifications tray and see if you can find the software running there.
  11. If the keyboard is not detected in the BIOS that may be the problem. If possible, try the K90 on another computer and see if it works fine.
  12. Do the L.E.D.s turn on? Is the K90 detected in the BIOS? Go to Device Manager and look for any errors, If there is one, post the error status here. Right click>Properties
  13. Try the steps on another computer and see if it helps.
  14. If the M60/M90 Left/Right click buttons, tracking is not working then it may not work. If it does then you can give it a go.
  15. Yes Corsair does accept advanced RMAs. Create an ticket first then call customer service via phone. An advanced RMA will require a valid CC. You can call them via Skype by calling their toll-free number.
  16. The L.E.D. is probably faulty. Request an RMA to replace the unit.
  17. Have you updated to the latest firmware and software? When you click the "save to M65" button do you see a %? If you are trying to use the buttons in-game, is hardware playback enabled? Post your answers in your thread http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=120528

  20. Go to the root folder of the firmware updater>Drivers>select the OS bit>double click dpinst.exe.
  21. This method can also applied when the values are not updating.
  22. Its a good idea but i'm not sure if the keyboard will actually work on a Mac. I know the SW won't.
