  1. Hi I3eals, I'm assuming you didn't bind anything to the left click button and use it as a normal primary button? I would open a ticket with our support team and ask for a replacement, it might be a hardware issue. But check with our support team first.

  4. Hi ApexMaster00, No unfortunately each USB receiver is programmed to its own specific unit. Open a ticket with our support team and we might be able to see if there's another solution to fixing it.

  7. Hi mmarsh, I'll bring your feedback to the team. As for the RGB matching, I don't have the code on hand but you can try to eyeball it the best you can. However, note that different hardware from different brands may contain different types of LEDs. This means some companies may have LEDs that shine brighter than others or if they have a particular diffuser like the plastic that goes over the LEDs may have a certain tint that affects the actual LEDs' colors.
  8. Hello Gromz, Have you tried resetting the mouse and replugging it in? If this is still an issue, please open a ticket with our support team and we can help with a replacement if it can't be fixed.
  9. Hi Orald, The mic is on the left side, normally we would have L or R written on the inside of the headband just above the earcups, but I believe the XTs have taken that out compared to the previous Virtuoso headsets.
  10. Hi L3v3n, Does the E key register fine by itself? And are you able to type CE by using Left Shift key instead?
  11. Hi BigZombieMonkey, I will bring this up to the team and ask about this. It sounds like iCUE is having some issues recognizing when to apply the lighting to which components and perhaps even the order, first time I've seen this.
  12. Hi aXa, We are always looking at what the customers are asking for and I will most definitely forward your feedback here to the team. I personally also like silent keyboards as they are quite useful in some situations.
  13. Hi aXa, Cherry MX switches are pretty common and universal among gaming keyboards. Ours should be the same as any other Cherry MX switches.
  14. Hi Starbruder, Did you try plugging it in other ports? Even USB 2.0? If that doesn't work try resetting your mouse with the following instructions. 1. Unplug the mouse. 2. With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right mouse buttons. 3. While holding down the mouse buttons, plug the mouse back into the computer. 4. After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully. If this still doesn't work, open a ticket with our support team and we will gladly assist with a replacement if needed.
