  1. With all the recent platform launches from AMD and Intel along with new graphics cards already starting to hit the shelves, you might be looking at upgrading your power supply. The CORSAIR HXi fully modular power supplies are ultra-low noise and feature three EPS12V connectors with 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency. They are also compatible with CORSAIR's iCUE software which allows the user full control for setting custom fan curves, monitoring, and adjustable power settings. Let's discuss some of the key benefits of these new power supplies. First off, these are fully modular PSUs which allows the user to only connect the cables needed in the system, no unused cables and clutter to help better cable management. The triple EPS12V connectors along with high quality Japanese capacitors give full compatibility with modern motherboards while ensuring long-term reliability. Being 80 PLUS Platinum certified, you'll get up to 92% efficiency for exceptional low power consumption, less noise, and cooler temperatures. Zero RPM Fan Mode allows the power supply to switch off the 140mm cooling fan completely during low and medium loads for near-silent operation. When the fan does start spinning, the fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) delivers extremely quiet and long-lasting fan performance. Finally, with it being iCUE compatible, you can set custom fan curves, monitor, adjust power settings, and even switch between single-rail and multi-rail overcurrent production (OCP) all on the dashboard. For a tutorial on the installation and setup of the CORSAIR HXi series power supplies, check out this video here.
  2. Hi Sabo Taj, If you need a particular firmware to make it work properly, open a ticket with our support team as they usually are the ones that provide it if it's available.
  3. Hi NickRiffe, I assume you've updated the headset to the latest firmware? Try resetting the headset? Do any other applications have similar delays in certain activities? If the above doesn't fix it for you, open a ticket with our support team and see if there is a solution. I will log this report in with my team as well.
  4. Hi newtekie1, Try resetting your mouse like this. Unplug the mouse. With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right mouse buttons. While holding down the mouse buttons, plug the mouse back into the computer. After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully. Then try plugging your cable in to charge and see if it works. If this doesn't work, then open a ticket with our support team and ask for a replacement.
  5. Hi notporgu, First time I've heard about this issue, can you open a ticket with our support team and see if they have a solution? If not then it might be possible that the internal hardware may have degradation over the 4 years time...
  6. Hi NickPurkis, If you have the Founders Edition, then you need a 12-pin connector. I don't know if Nvidia has provided that adapter cable in the box, but our PSU's do not come with that by default. You can however buy those separately. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-|-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/12-pin-GPU-Power-Cable/p/CP-8920274 It will require two 8-pin connectors from the PSU side, and then the 12-pin goes into the GPU itself.
  7. Hi Bilakay, That's really strange, first time I've seen this. I will definitely log this report in with the team. Here are some things to try. -Update firmware and iCUE. -Reset headset. How to do it here https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034659591-How-to-Fix-an-unresponsive-Virtuoso-headset If neither of these work, open a ticket with our support team and ask for a replacement.
  8. Hi Damojo, Have you asked for a replacement unit? If not, try opening a ticket with our support team, it's possible your unit might have been unluckily faulty.
  9. Hey guys, Open a ticket with our support team and they should be able to provide you with the older firmware. In the meantime, I'll be logging these issues in with the team for improvements.
  10. Hi CoffeeFueledCurmudgeon, Have you tried reassigning and rebinding the new Ironclaw in iCUE?
  11. Hi frizur, Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter. I will log this report in and a discussion with our product development team to see if this is something that is worth implementing.
  12. Hi Roughly_TenCats, Thank you for providing some feedback on the market, we are looking at what customers and I will certain log this report in with my team.
  13. Hi mrsefar, Keyboards in general are "compatible" with consoles like Xbox or Playstations in the sense they allow you to use typing functions say during navigation or search functions at the console's home screen. But consoles themselves were not originally designed or programmed to allow keyboards to be used during gaming in a way like you would on a PC. At least that's to my knowledge, if there had been updates or changes to consoles and their compatibility with keyboards as of recent, that I would not know and may require further investigating.
