  1. Just uninstall the latest icue version and then after reboot install the old 4.27 again. You don't need to remove settings and profiles when uninstalling icue which it asks when you uninstall icue.
  2. My M65 Ultra is a wired model so it should not dim at all.
  3. I went back to iCue 4.27 and now it works again as it should. What idiot at Corsair is making these little crap changes nobody asked for, but leaving the real bugs untouched? I guess it must be people who don't have a clue what they are doing, just doing stupid things they can handle, but actually fixing bugs is beyond them.
  4. Microsoft is lying, it is their fault for constantly changing things that work and are not broken. Just like corsair does too in their iCue. Idiots want to make changes just for change's sake and then break everything. Pure idiocy.
  5. So i noticed just now that the DPI selection light on my M65 Ultra no longer stays on all the time but goes off after a few seconds. It lights up when changing DPI with one of the buttons but then goes off again after a few seconds. Is this now how it is supposed to be, as in you corsair changed that particular part of the code but for what good reasons then? I can't find any option in icue software that would change this behaviour. It's like the feedback for voice, now only tells about headset on or off but no longer about feedback, but WAIT, it only does this on the void usb elite, and not on the ST100, there it will give both feedbacks still........*facepalm*. WTF Corsair? I think it is BS, and should not have been changed, but finicking around with crap like that defines corsair iCue, while the real bugs persist on and on. Time to get some real software developers onboard corsair, everything i bought about ten months ago worked at that time, each new version of icue just RUINS more and more. You sell RGB stuff but then on some blue monday you change your software to not have the RGB on...i already figured you weren't too well in the head butt you'r proving to get worse by the day Corsair.
  6. could this be caused by the dolby access app that microsoft store offers? i'm having a bad feeling about this since dolby access app hijacks anything dolby on any pc/xbox, 3e party software payed for licenses or not, dolby doesn't care, they only want money and will disable anything that uses dolby including 3e party apps like iCue if that still uses the dolby suit. Another thing i found out is when running the windows 11 audio troubleshooter it reports the audio output format "8channels, 16 bit, 48000Hz" to be wrong and sets it back to 2channels, 16 bit, 48000Hz.
  7. 4.29.201 or 4.29.203 ? 4.29.203 is nowhere to be found.
  8. Indeed, rollback of windows is not an option. This should have been discovered before software was actually released!! So waiting for a solutions ASAP is the only option many customers have now. And where do we get damaged payed? Where does the user/customer gets compensated for their (temporary) losses? Companies love to get aid when they occur losses but how do they treat their customers in return? Knowing the aid these companies get is payed by their customers taxes..... There is much to be said about this "Unexpected Problem", when it should never have been unexpected at all. Customers are not BETA testers, stop this crap-mentality from lazy companies ran by cheapskates.
  9. it is definitely not caused by the intel SST driver, I do not have this driver anywhere on my pc and the surround and equalizer does not work either on windows 11 22H2 with an Intel i7-11700K. I think everyone involved knows well enough but are beating around the bush because they still don't have a clue why this is happening. Windows 11 22H2 broke more than 1 item it seems. Companies experiment and the users get screwed after they have already payed for everything. And that is how companies go out of business in the end. Has anyone at Corsair even contacted Microsoft about this problem? Or does everyone think they are smart/good enough on their own?
  10. curious but some people seem to be getting corrupted BT driver files in windows, i wonder if this is also caused by corsair. i'm getting the serious notion something very foul is going on. Seeing how at one time suddenly corsair files were getting marked by windows as a virus. Very odd things going on with the corsair software. I guess it's time to run it through Ghidra and have a look at what they are doing.
  11. sadly, I cannot mark a solution since there is no solution yet. in fact, the problem got worse when upgraded to win 11 22H2. Now i don't even have corsair surround sound or equalizer anymore, plain flat windows sound is all i get.
  12. yes win11 22h2 broke every possible fix, so now it's no longer working at all. Seems to me Corsair just loves to break whatever still works, or is it Microsoft, they sure can blame each other for everything.
  13. i have the same issue, no equalizer or surround settings from corsair are working.
  14. I hope it's not some licence they hold for audio enhancements that has expired or similar. Because this is rather odd considering it is not really win11 22h2 related. Maybe an update to windows or .NET of which several have been released days before 22H2. Like .NET Core 3.1.29 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5017903), seem like important updates so they may have broken a thing or two as usual with MS.
  15. same here , though it started just before i updated to 22H2, and it was with the 28.174, But with 28.177 in windows 11 it is the same result, no surround sound, no equalizer, just a flat sound. changing settings in windows audio such as advanced audio enhancements does nothing either. 28.177 fixed nothing.
