  1. If possible, try accessing something in Windows 10 called "Local Group Policy Editor." You navigate to it by typing "Edit Group Policy" in the Windows 10 Start Menu, then you'll see the window. You need to navigate through the below branch. Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Device Installation -> Device Installation Restrictions -> Prevent installation of devices not described by other policy settings -> Enable -> Apply From this, restart your computer, then navigate to device manager. Click on view, then "Devices by container." Go to your headset, and uninstall the device. Afterwards, restart your computer, and make sure you have the latest version of iCUE installed. You need to navigate back to the policy and set it to "Not Configured" or "Disabled." If you do not do this, you will be unable to install your drivers. After doing this, you will navigate back to iCUE, go to device settings, and force a firmware update.
  2. Hello SimonZy, I have gone ahead and submitted this as a Support Ticket on your behalf. Please keep an eye on your email, as someone should be reaching out to you shortly regarding this issue -- they will assist with performing a firmware reset from here.

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and delete the Corsair folder. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and delete the Corsair folder. Restart your computer. 4. Hello Hepzefa, Please go to CONTROL PANEL / HARDWARE AND SOUND / POWER OPTIONS and then click on CHANGE PLAN SETTINGS (for your current default power plan). After that click on CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS. When new window opens, scroll down the list a bit until you hit USB SETTINGS. Click little square with plus in it, and then click another little square with plus next to USB SELECTIVE SUSPEND SETTING. Check the state of it, and make sure it's set to DISABLED. See if that makes any difference. Hope this helps.
  5. Hello Erin Erimer, Try soft resetting the headset by holding down the mute button for ~15 seconds while the headset is still on. It should shut off on it's own when done correctly. This will disconnect, and then reconnect the internal battery, which can help resolve battery related issues such as this.
  6. hi myfan87, Unfortunately we do not have changelogs available for firmware updates at this time. I will make sure your suggestion gets to the feedback team for consideration, however.

  11. Are you using the included USB cable to connect to your PC, or the XBOX wireless connection?
  12. Hi TheCohen, All of those items will definitely work together -- you'd need some sort of RGB controller for the fans in the Commander Pro scenario, so a Commander Core XT is definitely an easier way to go, as this integrates both the fan speed, and RGB control into one module. Please note that not *every* lighting effect is able to be syncd on every device, but you will be able to sync some lighting effects up between all of that, for sure. Here is everything you need to know about iCUE lighting: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880
  13. Let's try repairing iCUE next here. Please see the directions below: Before repairing iCUE, delete the “Corsair composite virtual input device” driver. Open Device Manager. Please follow the directions below: Turn off your wireless mouse. Hold down the left and right mouse buttons. While holding down the mouse buttons, turn the mouse back on. After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully.
  15. Hello there, If your connected Corsair devices are not detected upon booting up your PC or waking your PC from Sleep Mode, it may be because Windows has suspended some of your USB ports in order to conserve power. This may cause your devices to not be detected upon startup until you unplug and replug the device into the USB port. You can fix this issue with the following methods: disabling USB Selective Suspend or allowing your device to wake your computer from sleep mode. Disable "USB Selective Suspend" Your first option is to disable the USB Selective Suspend setting. This will prevent your system from suspending the USB ports that your devices are connected to. Open your system's Control Panel. Click Hardware and Sound. Click Power Options. Click Change plan settings next to your selected power plan. Click Change advanced power settings. Select USB settings. Select USB selective suspend setting. Select Disabled in the dropdown menu. Click Apply. Enable your device to allow wakeup from sleep The second option is to enable your device to allow wakeup from sleep. Open your system's Control Panel. Click Hardware and Sound. Click Devices and Printers. Right-click your Corsair device and click Properties. Click the Hardware tab. Click Properties. Click Change settings in the new window. Click the Power Management table. Make sure the Allow this device to wake the computer checkbox is ticked.
  16. Hi Kobal, If you set these up as hardware macros, and try doing the same without iCUE running, does the same thing happen? Just trying to figure out what way to send the Tech support team in next...

  18. I did all that and although it initially seemed to sort the issue, after putting the PC to sleep, on wake up the issue returns if iCue is running. iCue qill chnage from the hardware default to a solid Red which is not in either of the two profiles I've created and selecting either of these two will not select the saved scheme. If I exit iCue the KB reverts to H/Q OK. If I then reload iCue it will display the default profile scheme but I cannot select the other scheme. If I then change the Device polling rate, the keyboard will briefly show the default scheme (Cyan colour) and then go solid red which as I said is in neither of my profiles and I cannot select either. I then unplug/replug the USB and the K/B is in H/W mode and I can select the usual function key assignnmets to change, like FN+1 and Fn+` to reset. I then load iCue amd the default profile will load and replace whatever theme I had selected on the K/B. However, a press of any key will then turn off all the leds and there is no lights at all. Even changing the button brightness doesn't work. It's dead. In iCue changing from the default profile to the other does nothing. If I then change the polling rate windows detects that the K/B has been disconnected and makes the windows sound for that. A second or so later after the polling change windows recognises the hardware, briefly display the last H/W theme I had had and then reverts to a solid red. Deja vu. Something is wrong. Help! Hi BobC_UK, I have gone ahead and created a Technical Support ticket on your behalf. Please keep an eye on your email in the next 24-48 hours for a reply from them about this issue. For future ticket creation, you can actually create one yourself right here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

  21. Sometimes, a USB can begin to act oddly because of motherboard settings or age. Because these keyboards require a lot more power than an average device in order to operate, sometimes these settings can act a bit more finicky than average. It would be a good idea to verify any USB Initialization style settings to ensure that your settings aren’t the cause of this issue. To modify the following settings, please enter your PC’s BIOS menu: -set USB to partial initialization - enable legacy USB support - disable XHCI handoff (if available) - update motherboard BIOS - update your USB drivers if available and disable USB selective suspend through the Power Options within the Control Panel. Please contact us again if you continue to experience this issue.
