  3. The power and data requirements of a fully mechanical NKRO keyboard, with macro support, and multiple layers of RGB lighting, are a lot different than a cheap 20$ keyboard, that's the thing. I will absolutely pass this feedback along to the appropriate team for consideration and review, though!
  4. Hello dualscimitars, The problem might be because of a software conflict. If you run other software that controls RGB and hardware components, it might cause Corsair interface drivers to deactivate. Please note that your RAM will continue to operate as normal even if it is not detected in iCUE. Its functionality will not be affected beyond being able to the change the RGB settings. What software conflicts with Corsair hardware control? The following software have been known to conflict with Corsair hardware control: EVGA Precision XOC MSI Mystic Light and/or Dragon Center ASUS Aura RGB ASUS Armoury Crate Razer Synpase Logitech G Hub Thaiphoon Burner Gigabyte RGB Fusion How to resolve the iCUE issue First, if your motherboard has an SPD Write option, make sure it is enabled. If this option is not enabled, iCUE will not be able to communicate with your RAM. If you need help verifying the location of this option in BIOS, reach out to your motherboard manufacturer. The next thing you want to do is uninstall any conflicting software. If you do not want to uninstall the software, try deactivating the RGB controls in the conflicting software. Finally, you can try manually reactivating the driver after restarting your PC. To do this: Open iCUE. Click the iCUE Settings icon. Click the Restart button next to Restart iCUE Service. If you are still experiencing issues, contact our Customer Support team and we will provide further assistance.
  5. Hi Orfux, Please go to CONTROL PANEL / HARDWARE AND SOUND / POWER OPTIONS and then click on CHANGE PLAN SETTINGS (for your current default power plan). After that click on CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS. When new window opens, scroll down the list a bit until you hit USB SETTINGS. Click little square with plus in it, and then click another little square with plus next to USB SELECTIVE SUSPEND SETTING. Check the state of it, and make sure it's set to DISABLED. See if that makes any difference. Hope this helps.
  6. Hi Rimuru, I have converted this to a ticket for the Tech Support team on your behalf, and they will be reaching out to you very shortly to help resolve this issue. Thank you.
  7. Re: K70 TKL, the TKL doesn't have the USB passthrough, nor would the K70 Mk.2 bracket work specifically on the TKL.
  8. The M65 Ultra is going to have a similar hand posture (though otherwise mostly dissimilar dimensions) to the Scimitar overall in my opinion, too -- if you want something very FPS oriented specifically (it has more of a hump in the middle for fingertip / claw grips)
  9. Hi Jigs Gaton, We would first suggest you try a soft-reset of the mouse. This will clear the mouse’s internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug the mouse. 2: Hold the left and right mouse click. 3: While holding the left and right mouse, plug in the mouse. 4: Hold the left and right mouse down for 10 seconds. 5: Release the left and right mouse.

  15. Hi elefunt3095, Testing a power supply is a bit difficult. Because your system is not turning on AT ALL, we can only assume that the issue here is that the PSU cannot supply power at this point. We would suggest performing a Paper Clip Test in order to verify that the PSU is the cause of this issue. Honestly, I would recommend searching Google for “PSU Paper Clip Test” as this involves inserting a paper clip into the PSU, but I will outline the test below: Disconnect all cables from the power supply except for the 24 pin cable, and ensure that the switch on the back is set to the OFF position. Insert a paper clip into the 16th and 17th pin of the 24 pin cable. Ensure the PSU’s AC cable is plugged in. Flip the switch on the back of the PSU to the ON position. If the PSU can provide power, you will then see the fan spin. If you have an RM, HX, or AX PSU, the fan will only spin for a second. If it does, it is VERY LIKELY that the PSU is not the cause of your issue. If it doesn’t, please attach a receipt so that we can proceed with an RMA. It is not to say that this will prove it 100%, but it is far more likely another hardware component is causing an issue if this is the case. Also, please note that this test is only useful if your computer does not power on AT ALL. If the system starts and then stops immediately, or the fans on the case spin for a second before stopping, this test will not prove anything useful.
  16. Hello NevStar77, I've never heard of this issue occurring. I would start with a clean install of iCUE here, as it can help resolve many, many issues with our devices that are software related. Please follow the steps below: Open your computer's Control Panel. Open the Programs and Features options. Select Corsair Utility Engine in the list, and then select Uninstall. Press Window Key + R to open the Run command. Type %appdata% and press Enter. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Return to the Run window and type %localappdata%. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ for iCUE 3, or C:\Program Files\ for iCUE 4. Delete any Corsair folders in that folder. Type Regedit in the Run window and then click OK. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and delete the Corsair folder. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and delete the Corsair folder. Restart your computer. Download a new installer file for iCUE from Corsair.com and reinstall. If you need assistance with these steps, please reach out to our support team at help.corsair.com.

This should fix your microphone volume issue.
  20. Hi DukeLukem, If your connected Corsair devices are not detected upon booting up your PC or waking your PC from Sleep Mode, it may be because Windows has suspended some of your USB ports in order to conserve power. This may cause your devices to not be detected upon startup until you unplug and replug the device into the USB port. You can fix this issue with the following methods: disabling USB Selective Suspend or allowing your device to wake your computer from sleep mode. Disable "USB Selective Suspend" Your first option is to disable the USB Selective Suspend setting. This will prevent your system from suspending the USB ports that your devices are connected to. Open your system's Control Panel. Click Hardware and Sound. Click Power Options. Click Change plan settings next to your selected power plan. Click Change advanced power settings. Select USB settings. Select USB selective suspend setting. Select Disabled in the dropdown menu. Click Apply. Enable your device to allow wakeup from sleep The second option is to enable your device to allow wakeup from sleep. Open your system's Control Panel. Click Hardware and Sound. Click Devices and Printers. Right-click your Corsair device and click Properties. Click the Hardware tab. Click Properties. Click Change settings in the new window. Click the Power Management table. Make sure the Allow this device to wake the computer checkbox is ticked.
  21. Hi EmZee, The only USB Hub we can guarantee a Corsair Keyboard will work on is our Corsair USB Hub (found here -- https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Thunderbolt-Docks/USB100/p/CU-9000003-NA ) Unfortunately, nothing else tends to handle the power and data requirements of our keyboards sufficiently.
  22. Can you show us what you mean when you say the DPI is 'above what you have it set' ? I want to get a little bit more context before we send this along to the Tech Support Team.
