  1. Hello DubSteve68, Sorry to see those lighting issues. Are you on the latest BIOS for your board? I have seen lighting/detection issues with your board on previous BIOS versions. What is your iCUE version?
  2. Hello Dajinn, Sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately our Vengeance RGB Pro memory isn't supported on the X99 platform as it isn't listed under the compatibility list on Vengeance RGB Pro kit product pages. I'm not sure what causes it, but I have seen it before, specifically on the X99 platform, where having BLCK at anything other than 100 can cause detection issues. Some X99 boards require being on a BETA bios to detect at all. Unfortunately with it not being a supported platform, I can't guarantee anything but I will pass it along. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/Vengeance-PRO-RGB-Black/p/CMW16GX4M2A2666C16
  3. Hello George110, Sorry to hear that you're having this issue. I'd suggest submitting a ticket at support.corsair.com and one of our Technical Support reps should be able to help you!
  4. Hello PitbullTerror, Thanks for reaching out to us! Using two kits in the same system can definitely cause stability issues, though with the same speed, timings, and voltage that chance is minimized as much as it can be.
  5. Hello Matheuws100, Have you tried a factory reset? Press and hold FN + F4 for 5 seconds. All 3 zones will blink rapid 2 times in white color to confirm all lighting modes and macro assignments have been reset to defaults If this doesn't work, I'd suggest submitting a ticket at support.corsair.com to see what our Technical Support suggest.
  6. Hey Nisupulla, Great looking build! I really like what you did with the lighting underneath. Are they facing the bottom of the case or actually on the bottom of it and wired back into the case?
  7. Hello andrewmp6, Thanks for the suggestion! Hopefully that's something that we can look into in the near future. I think a white version of the 500D would look awesome.
  8. Hello M4joRPa1N, I'd suggest contacting our support team through support.corsair.com by creating a ticket. They should be able to help you further!
  9. Hello edgare1, I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Unfortunately it looks like the drive or the slot itself is faulty. It looks like your motherboard only includes 1 M.2 slot so unless you have another system to test it with, I would suggest reseating the drive. If that doesn't resolve the issue please go ahead and submit a ticket at support.corsair.com and we'll see if we can look into this further or have the drive replaced under warranty.
