Have you tried making a bootable flash drive yet? http://www.bootdisk.com Specifically, this link: http://www.bootdisk.com/pendrive.htm Once you do that, all you have to do is to add the Memtest.exe to the proper folder on the flash drive, boot off the drive to DOS, and run the .exe file.
