TSIsntTeamspeak
I got the Corsair Strafe RGB about an hour and a half ago and I tried to download the CUE Software, it gave me a winrar file with a pdf file and the program itself, however I am unable to open the program because it asks me to insert a password. Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I just missing a program that is needed to install the CUE Software? Please help! Thanks. (The picture is the dialogue box which happens every time I open the program)
terabyte
That's strange, I downloaded the file last week and it did not ask for any password. Try downloading again the file using another browser and see what happens. It is also strange that you got a WinRAR file, you should get a ZIP one instead. TSIsntTeamspeak
... okay so apperantly corsair doesn't allow me to use gyazo to share photos but there's the CUE file (the FFV file) and the Patch notes, which are normal and function correctly
TSIsntTeamspeak
I fixed the problem! I uninstalled the program that caused it to convert to a ffv vile instantly. Thanks for actually giving me the idea indirectly! :D

TSIsntTeamspeak
Nope, it was a program I had installed over a year ago that was causing the file to not be an installer
