SadisticChipmun
Hi All, So today I updated my Firmware to 38.01, and everything succeeded. However my headset turned off, and now will not turn back on. It is also not in bootloader mode (no blinking light, I have dealt with bootloader many times in the past). Windows will not recognize the device. It shows it as unknown device and sometimes says that the USB device is malfunctioning originally after update, CUE saw the device and just said it wasnt connected, but after restarting my PC it doesnt see it at all. Multiple computers, same problem. VOID Wireless Carbon
Corsair Chris
Could you try manually putting it into bootloader mode but pressing the volume wheel in (as if you're changing EQ profiles) and holding it while you plug it in, then proceed to recover it? Toasted
Try a different USB port and see if you can get Windows to recognise the headset in bootlaoder mode.
