Astrid Posted April 13, 2019 Share Posted April 13, 2019 Hello, about 6 months with its own keyboard Corsair K70 LUX RGB, Cherry MX Silent Red, US, on on most keys I have set the white backlight to minimum brightness, unfortunately, the two keys are noticeably red. It is quite distracting and inappropriate for such an expensive keyboard. I do not know whether this is due to a decrease in G and B LED brightness or an increase in R brightness, but it glows more red My questions 1. Does Croisar recognize this as a reason for warranty? 2. If not, what type and size SMD RGB is used in the keyboard? I'll exchange it.
