Bergaffe
Hi There, I just purchased the Scimitar Pro and tried setting up the side buttons to represent the numpad. Thing is, they don't register my inputs, neither the numpad nor any other key I try to map to it. Any Idea how to fix this? I am running the latest CUE version and the latest firmware on the scimitar
Bergaffe
Really? No one else having this issue? No solution to the problem at all?
Toasted
If you have mutiple profiles make sure you set it as the default profile or assign the profile to an application. To make a profile as default, drag the profile to the top of the list.
Bergaffe
I already deleted all profiles except for one, which is the default. I also cycled through all the old CUE versions with no success. I'm probably going to return the mouse tomorrow if this isn't solved
Toasted
Do you see any macro execution error message in CUE? Check Device Manager and make sure Corsair composite virtual device is listed under Human Interface Devices and Corsair Bus is listed under System Devices. Can you try the mouse on another computer? Does it work fine?
