TheSparkVexal
Just recently i've replaced my old headset with some Corsair Void Elites but I have come into a issue recently causing the headset to have a buzzing sound that appears in louder and more bass heavy sounds, I have a feeling it has something to do with the speakers themselves and not software. It would be greatly apriciated if someone has the solution to my problem Thanks.
AtomicJarl
I've had that issue off and on with the same headset, I've found if I use the generic trouble shoot on windows it does in fact fix it. I haven't had it on my new PC, and I can't remember what it said, but it was like boost levels or audio enhancement or something.
annamiller
After updating to the current version I have a buzzing sound in the headset as well that gets more and more violent over time. after about 30-40 minutes this leads to a total failure of the USB port to which my Corsair mouse and keyboard are attached. So I only have the option to shut down the PC using the switch. Then the fun starts all over again. How do I get the previous version now?
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted September 23, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 23, 2020 I would try performing a repair on the iCUE installation first and see if this improves the audio quality. Exit and close iCUE Open Control Panel in Windows Select "Uninstall a program" Right click iCUE and select Repair Restart your PC Make sure to backup any profiles you have created before performing this in case they are deleted in the process.
