  5. I'm not in a product department, but I suspect that's not an item refurbished by us. The part number (CW-9060061-WW) isn't a refurbished part number ( /RF* at the end), and I can't say I've ever seen the term "RENEWED" ever used by us. Both items could just be typos / language choices by that seller however.   13. The part numbers don't match: CMK16GX4M1E3200C16 CM4X16GD3200C16K2E-CN The latter has CN at the end which I believe indicates it's only sold in China. The memory label also shows it was made in 2023, but the box has a 2019 copyright. Where'd you purchase this?

  15. It looks like you last asked how to return your system and they gave you instructions on how to start a ticket to return the system. Please follow those instructions and you'll be all set. If instead you'd rather troubleshoot, then please explicitly state that in the ticket and they can help you with that.
  16. Try a different USB cable between the headset and the PC (and possibly a different USB port). It could be a bad port / cable, but it could also be a USB power only cable. If it's the latter, the PC will never detect it.
  17. I've removed the images of the ticket as they contained your personal information. The conversation in the ticket is confusing. I'm not surprised the support agents were also confused.   23. What's the exact part number of your headset? If this is the Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE, it connects via USB (wired), 3.5mm (wired), or Slipstream (wireless). No bluetooth.
