k95 platinum Corsair K95 RGB PLATINUM lighting problem

Hi 

My Keyboard has this problem since i bought it (On second hand market) but it never really botherd me before because i was using Orange as tha main color of the keyboard and in my case the error only occures when specific keys try to glow GREEN. (Photos below)

Some extra info about this case:

-The keyboard is directly plugged into the motherboard via USB (Asus Rog B450-E)

-It is ot a software issue that is for sure (I did the reset and everything)

-I have the latest version of icue

Could someone at least give me why is this occuring and maybe how could i fix it?

I have the same problem, practically on the same keys. I have already followed the instructions to reset the keyboard, iCue is updated and the problem with these keys remains. I'm suspecting that it's a problem with the RGB LEDs, that is, a hardware problem.

Have you managed to solve this lighting problem yet?

No

Unfortunately i didn't managed to cure it.

However i don't think it is LED problem because it varies which LEDs are not behaving as they should. And it also varies which color it has trouble illuminating. Now it doesn't like Green for some reason and the Blue is flawless.😲
