k70 mk2 [K70 MK.2 Low Profile Keyboard] some key's light keep turning on

Hello,

I have problem with my K70 MK.2 Keyboard. So some key's light keep turning on, even I set the backlight key off.

This issue also happened when I put my PC sleep/turned off.  (please see the image below)

I've search for solution on Youtube and some forum, they suggest to reset the keyboard. So I did it several times. I also reinstall the iCue software. But my keyboard issue not fixed.

Please help if anybody have this issue too and how to solve that.

If you done the soft reset with the ESC key + replug, then go to CUE and do a forced firmware update. Check for update -> None -> then “force firmware update” should become available. 
 

If that does not work, contact Corsair Support through the link at the bottom of the page.

Hey @c-attack, thanks for suggestion. I've contacted Corsair Support team and that solution not fix my problem. I've reinstall the keyboard's firmware too and still not fixed.
