7000d airflow case 7000D Airflow Front fans not spinning.

Just got a recent custom PC built wit 7000D Airflow case. and an icue H150i Capellix XT 

Had it professionally assembled and everything was working fine, but when I got home the front fans have been non-functional. 

Checked the connections they are fine. 

Back fan works ok. 

icue H150i Capellix XT works ok. 

Any clues as to what could be wrong?

Would appreciate assistance on this.
