Hirohitp Posted February 5 Share Posted February 5 Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about a solution for my Corsair VOID ELITE RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. The right speaker of the headset has stopped working due to a discord notification sound that hurt my ears. I have owned the headset for a few months now and have been very satisfied with its performance until this issue arose. I am hoping that there is a solution to this problem, as I would like to continue using the headset. If there is any way to fix the right speaker or if there is a warranty or replacement policy in place, I would be grateful if you could let me know.
