memory_oc
Since I have an ASUS mobo, are there any fans in the Corsair range that can be controlled by the Aura software (from ASUS) to be in sync with the RGB on the mobo/gfx card? I don't want fans with a separate controller, because I will have no where to put it
c-attack
No, the HD/SP series are controller based, not software, and there is no interface with the motherboard for that purpose. I understand the reluctance to work with the multiple control devices needed. However, as an Aura user, I am not too impressed and not ready to give it more control of anything at this time. There are two software based RGB fan systems right now, but I don't think either are functional with Aura. They each have their own program. I have not used either and they are fairly expensive. c-attack
You still need the Lighting Node Pro, which is a physical controller, and that is part of the hang-up. Link cannot control Asus Aura elements or vice versa, as far as I know.
