Try changing the high DPI settings for iCUE under Compatibility. iCUE.exe > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings.

@Coolmatter and Felipe669 It will be best to submit a ticket to Corsair requesting instructions for a 'hard reset' with the ISP file to update the firmware to 3.21 as well as any other concerns you may have with the keyboard. https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/support

Delete the existing file "firmware.bin" and then copy "Freya_Isp_Bld_v3.3.9_App_v3.21.28.bin" to the CRP_DISABLED. Once you have done that, unplug the keyboard and plug it back in.

Are you able to get CRP_DISABLED showing in Windows Explorer? I've attached some screenshots that may help for step 5.

You can access CRP_DISABLED like a USB drive, You would delete the firmware.bin file from it and copy the file attached to it.

1. Download the attached file 2. Unplug the keyboard 3. Locate the pinhole under the right leg. 4. Plug the keyboard in while pressing the pinhole button. 5. Copy the .bin file to CRP_DISABLED. 6. Unplug and replug the keyboard. Freya_Isp_Bld_v3.3.9_App_v3.21.28.zip

[BUG] - Fan #1 speed doesn't change
Toasted replied to SgtBaxter's topic in iCUE Software Troubleshooting
It won't work. Uninstall iCUE and install the previous version of LINK. Are you able to control the fan speed for all 6 fans? -
If you do re install CUE, Open Device Manager and make sure there are no errors listed for the headset. You can also put in a support ticket with Corsair for assistance as well. https://support.corsair.com/

This could be a sensor issue. Have you put in a support ticket with Corsair? https://support.corsair.com/ -
They are available on the Corsair webstore; http://www.corsair.com/en-us/certified-refurb?c=keyboards

Corsair Glaive double click bug (like m65)
Toasted replied to captainzero's topic in Keyboards and Mice
Try the settings under Button Response optimisation. It is under the performance tab in CUE. -

@Tristn Try a firmware flash and see whether that helps. Tried a different tracking surface? Is the sensor clear of dust?
