Rapdfire RGB keyboard flickers during animations.

I recently purchased a K65 Rapidfire RGB.

 

I get occasional flickering on some keys. It doesn't happen in any pattern. Sometimes I'll stare at the keyboard for a few minutes and nothing will happen and then sometimes keys will just flicker randomly.

For Corsair, is this normal and expected? Should I make an exchange?

At least once a minute, but sometimes more frequently.

 

It happens on all profiles, but less often on profiles that just use a solid color.

 

Tried turning the 16.8M color option off, issue persists.

This happens periodically, usually at least once a minute or more. I've noticed flickering like this on static colored keys, but it's extremely rare.

 

 

Switching profiles, uninstalling/reinstalling the software, and changing the 16.8M color setting does nothing.

 

 

I've already set up an RMA through the Corsair website because I believe this is not standard for the K65 Rapidfire keyboard.

Checked with my Rapidfire and there is no flicker here. A replacement should remedy the issue.

 

If you have another computer please try it to see if it has the same behavior.
