VAMET
Dear Corsair Team QUESTION 1 I would like to buy Corsair Hydro Series H100, my question is, will it fit in my Corsair Obsidian 800D in the top part of the case mounted from inside? QUESTION 2 Should I mount fans to blow warm air from inside to outside or should I mount them to blow cool air from outside to inside of the case? QUESTION 3 Water block of Corsair Hydro Series H100 should be connected to power supply and to motherboard, which fan socket: CPU_FAN, CHA_FAN, PWD_FAN or other one? I would be glad for any help and explanation. Thank you in advance. Best regards. Sincerely
Toasted
1. Yes, The H100 will fit fine when it is mounted at the top of the 800D. 2. It's recommended to push air from the outside to the radiator. You can push the warm air in the case outside but you may want to reverse the back fan so its a intake fan. 3. The 3-pin connector coming out of the H100 should be plugged into the CPU_FAN header to prevent the CPU_FAN error on POST.
