xbmer Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 Hi all, I recently contacted Corsair Support and they have approved my RMA request to have my h115i repaired. However, I noticed that at the bottom of the shipping label it stated that any missing parts would likely get the RMA rejected and as such I was wondering if I needed both fans? I recently lost one of the fans as the h115i was in storage for a little while. I have all the mounting hardware, including screws, backplates etc. I'm only missing that one fan and living in Australia didn't want to spend money sending it to Taiwan only to have it rejected.
