k65 rgb not saving profiles to memory.

Hi all,

 

Recently got a k65 rgb for christmas as I'm sure many others have, but I'm having a problem with profiles being saved to the device onboard memory. Yesterday everything was working perfectly and the profile would save just fine, but today I'm getting an "!" in a triangle appearing next to the usual symbol stating the profile is on memory.

 

With some of the profiles, it won't even attempt to save it onto memory.

 

Apart from this everything else is working - all profiles are working and I can create new ones.

 

I was thinking I might need to reflash the device, but I can't find anywhere how to do this.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For anyone that can help or has had the same problem, this is the image I'm shown when trying to load the profile to the keyboard.

I have also tried to reinstall the latest firmware on the device but this has had no effect. :(
