I have just bought a K100 Optical keyboard to replace logitech I have a all in one system for Corsair 1000D, mouse, etc. However the keyboard does not appear in iCue 5.4.98. I have a Gigabyte X670E Aorus Master and have tried all the USB ports including a USB C hub just to try and no luck. The keyboard works, however cannot do any adjustments or settings as it not appearing in software. When I plug it in whilst iCue running, it briefly(1 second) shows up aand then dissapears from Home page. However, under Settings->Software Updates: It shows the K100 RGB v5.4.98 which I can only delete... Is this a Software issue or is it faulty?? It make the keyboard useless if I cannot set anything... Any advise. This is a fresh install of Windows 11. I tried unistalling and reinstalling iCue... Tried multiple ports and hubs. Not sure what to do.

I have a Corsair 1000D which comes with a Commander Pro. It worked once when I got build together years ago, did settings for fans and since then not been able to load ICUE on multi-versions. I have just updated again to v4.20.169.... I give up! It beyond frustrating and useless. I need to re-adjust my 3x 140mm non LED Fans to improve rad temps. Corsairr keeps shutting down everytime you try run it even as administrator. R9 5900X X570 Aorus Master - F36 Corsair 1000D with Commander Pro with 3x 140mm Non-Led PWM Fans Corsair 1200Axi All Windows Drivers driver, Motherboard, GPU etc are upto date. I do not have HWinfo64 insalled as I believe there was a conflict with that. I do have Aida64 installed. Logging Tickets with Corsair goes nowhere either. I did Update the Firmware on the Commander Pro years ago. Any Advice or trouble shooting would be appreciated.

Good Day Guys. I too have a Corsair 1000D with the pre-installed Custom(Specifically for 1000D-I Believe?) CommanderPro. I have 3x be quiet! Silent Wings 3 140mm BL071 Fans connected to ports 1-3 on the CommanderPro. I installed iCue and then updated both the Obsidian D Lighting Node to 0.9.212 and Icue to 4.11.274. See below. ICue picks up the Obsidian 1000D and HX1200 PSU. It does not show any commander pro. When I try go to the Obsidian 1000D option, then cooling, it shows 12V, 5V, 3.3V; no fan speed or adjustment. I am completely confused. I cannot adjust fan speeds? I have the usb header connected to my motherboard. I also have the temperature sensors connected, which only seem to be picked up in HWInfo(Shows temperature, then zeros, then shows temp, then zeros, repeat) I tried to reset the CommanderPro (hole below the Corsair Logo), but there seems to be no button. There is also a LED at the top, that is not on ever. So the Fans are running full speed and temperature sensors reading, but no configuration in ICue? Any advice. PS-I have tried different USB headers in the motherboard with same results

Hi All, I recently bought a 1000D, and then purchased a Bykski Distro Plate (RGV-COS-1000D), And it looks like if you use this distro that you will not be able to keep the 2x480mm Rad/Fan Layout. The Distro hasn't arrived yet, but have the following layout pre-distro: 2x 480mm Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 480mm Radiator V.2 - Front mounted with 1 side of be quiet! Silent Wings 3 120mm BL070 on inside 1x Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper 420mm Radiator V.2 - Top mounted with 1 side of be quiet! Silent Wings 3 140mm BL071 on inside My question is, if the 480mm ran/fan layout will not work in the front, would swopping the Top 420mm Rad/Fan with the front be possible? I have seen people say that the Corsair website states that the Top & Front Fan trays are interchangeable, however I don't see it there and would like definite confirmation as there no documentation. And has anyone been able to purchase the 480/420mm Fan trays for International buyers(I am South Africa)? I am hoping that the Distro will be compatible with the 480mm front Rad/Fan layout, but as an alternate, will, also hopefully, work with the single 420mm Rad/Fan layout. Cheers, if any advise in meantime for planning. I will update when Distro arrives.
