Hi, I posted about the same issue on this thread: https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=180113&page=2 But I got it to work by uninstalling icue, restarting they system with the headset plugged in. Installing icue softwre again from the website: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue And then restarting. There after my headset works as expected again. I have the corsair void wired usb headset. :)

Hi, So I uninstalled iCUE, and installed the latest one form the website. This fixed my issue :)

After I updated to icue v3.33.246, I can't unmute my microphone. But when I close the icue software, the mic works again. When I click the mute button, the voice says side tone on/off. So not sure whats up with the new version of icue.

Hi, A few days ago, when I started up my pc, I noticed that the colours was just red. (should be that rainbow visor one) I opend up ICUE software and saw my keyboard was not showing up. When I unplug, and plug it back in. The keyboard shows up, but now there is a read exclamation mark. (See attached image) This might have been after I updated ICUE. But I am unsure. I am running 3.28.75 for ICUE. I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver, then restarting the system and plugging the keyboard back in. I also tried reinstalling ICUE. None of these worked. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
