  1. I went ahead and opened a support ticket for you. Check your email associated with your forum account for further help.
  2. You will need to rearrange the order of the modules in the DIMM Setup menu according to how they are physically being effected by the RGB. So as you said you will need to arrange them as 3-1-4-2. What you are describing is exactly the reason the DIMM Setup menu exists.
  3. The Scenes feature is intended a one-click lighting option for all the compatible RGB products and as such it is not intended to be used as a separate effect dependent upon the device. To do what you wish you will need to setup individual lighting effects for each individual product or utilize the Lighting Link effects.
  4. The issue is due to a known bug in the Armoury Crate software that Asus is aware of and working on, and you will need to reach out to Asus support for further assistance.
  5. You most likely have an older and outdated version of MSI software such as Mystic Light causing the crash. I would recommend that you refer to support article linked below for your specific issue. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360062501251-What-to-do-if-iCUE-4-crashes-on-startup
  6. You will need to reach out to Logitech for assistance with their product and the audio issues with it.
  7. The K55 keyboard never supported the Lighting Link effects due to its limited 3-zone lighting
  8. Unfortunately the lift off distance for the Ironclaw RGB mouse is not adjustable in the iCUE software.
  9. The K55 RGB Pro keyboard requires iCUE 4 which is currently in beta and not a public release. Please check your email associated with your account and you will receive a download link to the iCUE 4 beta download.
  10. If you open up the iCUE settings you should be able to see the version you installed.
  11. What version of iCUE did you install and what devices do you have that are not showing up?
  12. The plugin for the GPU is the very same plugin for the motherboard and it is programmed and provided by Asus to allow for RGB integration of their motherboard and GPU products with iCUE.
  13. We do have a Support article covering this on the iCUE side of things. If you have feedback in regards to the wording on the StreamDeck software we would recommend that you contact the Elgato support directly.
  14. Unforutunately there is no way to have the fans ramp up based on both CPU and GPU temp at the same time.
  15. The only way to do this would be to disable the plugins in the iCUE settings but that would also disable the ability to control the RGB on your motherboard through iCUE. There is no way to disable individual devices such as the Asus GPU only.
  16. All switches on our keyboards are soldered directly to the PCB making swapping them out difficult and not something we would advise. Doing so would also void the remainder of the warranty you have left on the keyboard.
  17. What fans are you using? Are you connecting the 3/4pin fan headers to the Commander Pro?
  18. None of our devices are supported for use on the PS4 and as such there is no guarantee that it will work with the PS4 if put into BIOS mode. As for getting it into BIOS mode what happens if you attempt the same thing but press S + B instead?
  19. The Virtuoso headset does not have the type lighting effect available.
  20. As you already have a support ticket open and are being assisted with your issue we would recommend that you proceed with letting that agent know the current issue and they will be able to assist you further.
  21. This is not something that you have ever been able to do with our fans or Commander Pro.
  22. You will not be able to utilize Aura Sync as it is no longer actively developed or supported by Asus. All Asus GPU RGB integration requires that you utilize the Asus Armoury Crate software instead.
  23. Unfortunately the use of USB extension cables or USB hubs/switches is not supported and can cause detection issues within iCUE when using them. Also it is personal preference if you wish to use the USB adapter or just the 3.5mm jack, though only when it is connected via USB will it show up in iCUE.
