DONT SHOW THE OPTION DEVICE SETTING IN ICUE4
Corsair Notepad replied to MC84_'s topic in iCUE Software Troubleshooting
Mind providing a screenshot of the entire iCUE window displaying the issue you are describing? -
You will not be able to import profiles that were made and saved in iCUE 3 into iCUE 4. There are lots of helpful videos on our YouTube page linked below and also lots of helpful articles at help.corsair.com that explain how to utilize iCUE 4 in relation to setting up macros and such. https://www.youtube.com/c/CORSAIRHowTo

MSI Z270 Intel i7 7700K Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM compatability
Corsair Notepad replied to CHKR's topic in Build Hardware
Based on your motherboard specifications it only supports a maximum 64GB of system memory in a 4x16GB configuration. The kit in question is not going to be compatible with your system. -
Do the actions work when the keyboard is directly connected to the USB on the physical machine instead of going through the KVM?
-
Take a screenshot of the window that pops up when you click on the Customize Dashboard icon from the Dashboard window, and then attach it to a reply so we can see what you are seeing. Also just to make sure, are you accessing the computer and iCUE via a VM or remotely? And are you running any other software at the same time that acts as a hardware monitoring tool/software?

K70 RGB MK2 suddenly disappeared from ICUE
Corsair Notepad replied to cemcim's topic in iCUE Software Troubleshooting
What exactly are you plugging the USB for the keyboard into in order to connect it to your system? Is it the USB on the back of the physical motherboard? Or are you using some sort of USB hub/switch of some kind? Have you tested to see if the issues persist on another system? -
What exactly are you plugging it into? And are you using the cable that was provided with the headset? The USB cable is purely for charging and firmware updates when initiated via ICUE, other than that it does not transfer any data between the computer and headset and would not be doing anything other than being charged by the computer.

The Void Pro RGB wireless headset, and all of our other headsets for that matter, do not have a microphones that retracts into the headset. Are you sure you are referencing the correct headset? If you are referring to the microphone flipping up and out of the way and the mic not auto muting you will need to contact our support team directly by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com

iCUE only supports integration with the JCORSAIR header that MSI has implemented on some of their boards.

Make sure your BIOS and all drivers are fully updated, and then perform a clean uninstall and install of the iCUE software by following the instructions in the link below. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-

When the issues are occurring after setting the effects as you wish, are you using the keyboard Wireless, or is it plugged in via the USB cable?
-
Simply making changes in the Hardware Actions tab will not save those actions to the keyboard. You will need to then go into the device settings and write that profile to the onboard memory of the keyboard. For any further help knowing exactly what you are attempting to do via the hardware macros will be necessary. If it is related to the Stream Deck integration that will not work in hardware mode and requires the software to be installed on the systems they are being used on.

You can try to put the radiator in the front of the case to help improve CPU temps in order to use cooler fresh air from outside the case to cool the CPU. But based on all information there is no problem with your cooler and the temperatures you are experiencing aren't of any concern. Your CPU hitting 55-75C under load is well within safe operating parameters for the CPU, and no way near its TJMax.

my headphones?

Front panel USB power is handled by the motherboard. If other USB devices work with the front ports without issue then it would point to the problem being related to your USB device you are plugging in. We would recommend you reach out to the manufacturer of that drive if you continue having issues with it.

RGB not staying on with Murals enabled
Corsair Notepad replied to Cosmic_37331's topic in iCUE Software Troubleshooting
Murals is a one click lighting solution for all iCUE compatible Corsair devices. When the effect is enabled it is intended to overwrite the existing effects set on a per device level. If you do not wish for the murals effects to be on you will need to unselect the effect. As for your other issue, details about what specific device(s) you are referencing and screenshots of the issue you are describing would help providing some insight as to what is going on. -
The iCUE software is not going to prevent your fans from spinning up and cooling the system. If you are having overheating problems it would be highly recommended that you double check the installation of your cooler and its fans to make sure things are properly installed and connected. As for removing iCUE follow the instructions in the link below. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-

Peripheral settings not showing.
Corsair Notepad replied to Monkeyme's topic in iCUE Software Troubleshooting
Check your Windows resolution scaling setting and make sure it is set at 100% and not larger. It is likely the Windows scaling causing problems with the iCUE window displaying correctly as it has a minimum window size.
