I recently upgraded to the Corsair Void Pro Wireless, I've been using it without issues for about a month now, but now some things are starting to go wrong.
At some point, whenever I retract the mic, it no longer automatically mutes. I am still able to mute using the button on the side. I tried updating my ICUE software, updating the drivers, and the issue continued. I tried uninstalling ICUE completely, as well. I also tried soft restarting the headset by holding the mic button.
Another issue I've encountered is that the headset will automatically power off while I am listening to audio. It used to power off after inactivity (as intended) but it can't seem to distinguish when I'm using it vs when It's left inactive.
I'm not sure what to do, I enjoy being able to flip the mic back to mute, but It seems I cannot do that anymore. What can I do?
