Degenesis
Hey there! I hate to make my first post on these forums a complaint, but a few weeks ago I began to notice an odd noise coming from my computer. At first I honestly , but now know that it's my new HX650 making the (increasingly annoying) noise. I haven't been able to RMA the power supply, as I'm going through finals and then a work placement in college so I NEED my computer basically every day. Going 2 weeks without it while waiting for a replacement is out of the question. Is there any way I could be sent a new power supply first, and then return the faulty one? I've heard many good things about Corsair's customer service, so I'm hoping something can be worked out. Thanks!
Speed
Just request an Advanced RMA, which requires a credit card guarantee, and you can cross-ship. Get the new one, change out the defective unit and send it back.
