mjhedger
This morning I was checking the Asset tag on the bottom of a laptop then realized the Voyager was on the other side. It was partially removed from the USB slot, but the connector was bent up 60 degrees from the body. I straightened it out, and it still works, but am concerned about the integrity of the connector and of the "weather resistance" to moisture and dust since I can now see under the rubber body to the PCB. Would this be applicable to a warranty repair (replacement of the USB connector and to re-seal the rubber body)? Thanks.
Wired
If RMA'd, they would just replace the whole unit, not repair it.
