gigirex
Yes, I admit that I am completely confused about how to say to my mainboard (an ASUS P4C800 E DELUXE) to collaborate with his processor (P4-3.40 GHz Extreme Ed. (Socket478, 800 FSB, HT) ) and this memory (4 DIMM DDR Corsair VS1GB400C3). All efforts to change bios settings bring to the result that memory works to 266 Mhz (as CPUID says) and I have problems to see all of 4Gb. There is someone that can help me to find the correct settings for my pc? I am ready to reduce the amount of memory to 2Gb if necessary, but I should be pleased to see all 400 Mhz! Thank you in advance Luigi, Rome, Italy
Yellowbeard
In CPU-Z are you looking at the MEMORY tab or the SPD tab? You may need to set the memory speed manually in your BIOS.
