  1. We'll need more information to assist you. 1. Do you know what firmware version you have now? 2. Do you have a Voyager Air or Voyager Air 2/2+? 3. Are you attempting to update the firmware while the USB cable is connected to your PC?
  2. It's been submitted to Apple. Watch for it to go live on their app store.
  3. Voyager Air Android App Release 2.3 Version 2.3.1 October 28, 2014 Compatible with Android v2.3.7 and above. Android 4.x (and above) is strongly recommended. This app release was developed to accompany Release 2.3 of the drive firmware. It is compatible with both the Voyager Air and Voyager Air 2 drives. What is in this Release: 1. Bug fixes related to Google Drive support 2. Compatibility fixes for the iOS 8 version of the app Remember to also download and install the Release 2.3 version of the drive firmware (version 2.3.0) from Corsair’s website (http://www.corsair.com/download).
  4. Thanks for posting but please resize your pictures before posting them.
  5. I don't have a case to test. Is it possible to get a slim profile fan in there anywhere?
  6. If you are not using the most recent firmware, you should definitely update it. Downloads are on the product page and under the Support tab on http://www.corsair.com
  7. You can get the Android .apk from us, on any Voyager Air product page under the downloads tab for any Android device that let's you load your own apps from unapproved sources. And no, Amazon has not given us a time frame on their approval process. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/external-storage
  8. Start the RMA process, PM the number to JonnyG, and we'll have customer service flag it as an FA-RMA. Between the 2 of us, we'll push it thru as quickly and painlessly as possible.
  9. Of course he cares, that's why he and the rest of the staff work very hard to provide top notch customer service. What none of us appreciate is the fact that 1 particular person went of out of their way to troll this thread which has been a detriment to providing that service to the customer with the issue. Customers and enthusiasts are welcome here. Trolls, people that are abusive to others, and people that try to make trouble are not welcome here.
  10. I for one would like to thank you for your patience in this. We'll take good care of you. ::pirate::
  11. True but the idea is the same. I don't want to have to crawl out from under my sink or whatever and go to Home Depot 3 times. I over-buy and return stuff later as opposed to the multiple trips interrupting work. As you noted, it would be even worse and a much longer wait each time you came up short on WC parts. It's a full day even if you are ordering from Amazon expedited Prime.
  12. Sounds like you've done DIY residential plumbing repair in the past :p:
  13. Now that you have made the switch, what do you think of the 540? How do the 2 cases compare?
  14. We broke some links when they launched the new http://www.corsair.com , we're working on restoring them. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  15. Very nice gold accent Jimbo? On a scale of 1-10, how much work was it to do this? I'm thinking others might interested.
  16. If you want your drives replaced and they are still under warranty, use this link and we'll help you out. http://corsair.force.com/
  17. The metallic paint on the fan trim rings is definitely a nice touch. Goes well with the wiring color combo. Nicely done.
  18. I'd like to extend a BIG thanks to Kovoet for starting this thread. I've made it THE official 540 build thread. Keep it going. Spread the word, we enjoy seeing end user feedback like this.
  19. We've revamped our How to guide for selecting PSUs for 2013 with some heavy input from Jon Gerow aka JonnyGURU. Give it a read. How to Select the Ideal PSU - 2013 Edition
  20. Corsair proudly brings you the Corsair SSD Toolbox. Please read the blog post before using the toolbox. Please note: You need to be in AHCI mode to update your firmware. Download the Corsair SSD Toolbox HERE. The latest version is 1.2.2.5 as of January 5, 2015. Below are the drive families that Toolbox supports as of today: - Force 3 - Force GT - Force GS - Neutron - Neutron GTX - Nova2 (SF based only) - Accelerator Please note that we currently do not support upgrading old 1.3.x FW to 5.0x FW on Sandforce based drives. Users of 1.3.x firmwares will still need to update to 5.xx firmwares using the Sandforce based FW update process found in the SSD Firmware Update section. Once a user has updated to any version of 5.0x, they can then use the toolbox to upgrade to the latest FW (currently it is 5.05A). We are working on this, but it will be the next release before we can have it implemented (target release TBD). We are working on adding other (legacy) drive families, and as the support becomes available we will let you know. The Corsair SSD Toolbox will run on: •XP SP3 (32-bit)...(64-bit version not supported) •Vista 32-bit w/ latest SP (all functions) •Vista 64-bit w/ latest SP (all functions) •Win 7 32-bit w/ latest SP (all functions) •Win 7 64-bit w/ latest SP (all functions) •Win 8 32-bit (TRIM is not supported, all others functions are) •Win 8 64-bit (TRIM is not supported, all others functions are)
