Puncake99 Posted February 10 Share Posted February 10 (edited) Hi there, Up untill the past day or 2 my H100i appeared fine and working within icue. However it no longer shows up and my fans are at 100% and no RBG shows around the edge of it. All my other Corsair products appear fine. I came across another thread that about using USBDView to determine if it's still connected, and i can verify that it is and appears there. I have tried restarting the service too, and no success. Do Corsair Employees just pick and choose which forums posts you want to reply too/assist? There are heaps of posts prior to this one and with similar issues that have had no contact what so ever. Yes this person needs some assistance, but why this one and not the others? Obviously your hardware and iCue software is giving a lot of people grief.
