I've already followed a ticket (#2005846045) that was in regards to one other issue with the Virtuoso SE that led to this. Posting here for exposure outside of reddit and Twitter. The firmware update screwed up the wireless radio on the keyboard itself. It attempts to use the radio when wired; the indicator for wireless glows yellow for a bit, but then goes away. ATTEMPTING TO USE FN + G-KEYS AT WIRED STATE WILL CAUSE THE KEYBOARD TO NOT OPERATE WIRED UNLESS UNPLUGGED. What about not tethered? Wireless just won't work. Tried power-on + escape combination... resets lighting and everything else, just not wireless. FN + NUM ROW for lighting will still work wirelessly. So you know, a wired connection won't allow UEFI BIOS operation at this point. If re-flashing firmware in Safe Mode isn't helping, I'm not sure what will.
