Corsair PSU and 5v Rail Issue ?

not really. motherboard sensors aren't too precise. Only a multimeter would tell you exactly what you have. 

my PSU reads 5.00V, the motherboard 4.96, my multimeter reads just over 5.2V on USB so that's that..

Yeah my motherboard reads exactly 4.96, Ok thanks for the info, Put my mind at ease 🙂

Also note that the ATX standard allows for +/- 10% variance, and we are stricter with a +/- 5% variance on output voltages per rail which 4.960v is well within.

Thanks for the reply, Yeah it's within a 0.8% difference so like you say well within spec 🙂
