strafe rgb Corsair Strafe RGB keyboard "V" key gets stuck and other problems

Wondering if anyone else has this issue.

 

I've had this keyboard for a while and it has worked great for a few years.

 

However, recently out of nowhere the "V" key gets stuck. That key doesn't light up, but the letter V just keeps typing on the screen. I tried resetting the keyboard, but then get a different problem. Now either the CTRL button gets stuck instead or both the CTRL and V buttons get stuck.

 

Rebooting the PC is the only fix that works 100% of the time, but it's temporary.

The best next step here would be a firmware flash. This has to be done with the correct firmware, so please open up a ticket with support using the link at the top of the page. Go ahead and include a photo of the rear information panel of your keyboard with this request to expedite the process -- this will ensure we can send you the proper firmware version right away.
