strafe rgb My keyboard cannot typing and cannot be recognized

I tried to plug the connector which has keyboard icon alone in USB 3.0 port, and two connectors in USB 2.0 port. However, after I connect the keyboard to my machine, it showed green light in WASD and arrow keys instead of red light.

I cannot use it to type any word.

 

And it seems to be pluged and unpluged itself again and again since I heard the sound from windows. The CUE always said it cannot recognize the device. I've already installed the CUE and tried both Win8.1 and Win 10.

 

What's can I do? I've created a ticket but it seems to need some days to get responds from official.

Tried holding ESC and plugged into machine, the newest CUE can recognize my keyboard as follow:

However it cannot update the firmware. If I chose update from server, it hands on 3% all the time. If I chose update from local file which is 1.3.0 FW I downloaded from here: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=138472, it just said the file is not valid.

First off the 1.3.0 FW isnt for the Strafe RGB, second you would need to extract the correct firmware file to use it.

 

Moving on. Check your bios and chipset for updates. Try forcing a update from the server. And does the keyboard work in another computer?

Ah, just find out that's not for Strafe RGB...

 

I got advices from Corsair tickets. And the conclusion is the keyboard has some hardware problem. I just applied a warranty replacement.
