According to your internal ticket:6747868

 

you do not ship to australia, and all the re sellers in AU i was advised of, do not stock nor can they get the product in.

The unit has a 2 year warranty. If you are still within the warranty, we will be able to send you a replacement. In your scenario, I would contact customer service to see what options are available to you.

So your telling me you have no spare parts but your clearing still selling this product on your own website?
