Sylvain-
Hello, I bought your Corsair Vengeance 2000 headset in June 2012. I was very glad with it, very good sound quality, very good functions, really a great headset. But... It's a perfect electronic device, but why are the mechanical parts so bad ?? One year ago, one, and then the other side of the headset cracked. I didn't want to send it to RMA, lose of time and money for both of us. I repaired it. But now the usb socket is not functioning anymore, probably because of a defective soldering (it worked not very well, worse and worse, and today not anymore). I would like to repair it, but it seems impossible to open it without damage. Is it possible to get a new one by RMA, or a discount voucher, or a smaller price for the 2100 ? I bought it more than 2 years ago, on a french online website (http://www.magicpc.fr). I don't want to add another bad comment about your corsair Vengeance 2000, it's too bad that a wonderful audio headset is thrown down by mechanical failure... ! :( Thank you in advance, Sylvain
