tsluss
I've had my Sabre RGB for about a week and all was great, no issues at all, then this morning I sat down to play a game or two and notice that whenever I press the "Forward" button (which is the default setting on the forward button from the factory) that I step down one DPI notch. I've checked everything, I'm on the default profile, the button is properly mapped to the default Forward action and not a custom action. I've rebooted, did a complete shutdown, unplugged and plugged the mouse up again and nothing. It does this on any profile as well. I've read at least one other person having this issue and no resolutions on their thread. Has anyone else solved this?
JalYt_Justin
Does the "Back" button also turn the DPI down? It could be that the two functions just got switched in CUE software. In which case you might just have to reinstall CUE, or you might have to go to Corsair support and see if you can get a new one.
tsluss
No, the back button does not adjust DPI, only the forward button, and again, on any profile I choose. The DPI adjustment buttons work fine, the only button not working properly is the forward button.

Inheritance
Are you both running the latest version of CUE, does restarting your computer solve the issue? Can you reproduce theses issues in another computer?

Inheritance
Hi It does it on other pc as well, plus it does it in other programs as well, so seems global issue you might have a buggy unit. Contact Corsair Support and ask for a RMA, or if your still within your return period swap it out with the reseller.
