zanat
Hello everyone. I know that the Corsair Control Panel crashing on startup is a fairly common problem and recently I had it too. I tried googling around for an answer but I found none. However, I came up with my own solution: Please note that this was with the Corsair Vengeance 2100 headset and on Windows 8.1 64-bit. 1. Uninstall your current Corsair software and drivers 2. Go to the Windows setting by bringing your cursor to the right bottom corner and click on 'Settings'. 3. Click on 'Change system settings' at the bottom. 4. Click on 'Accounts'. 5. Click on 'Other accounts' 6. Create a new account but do not login on it yet. 7. Go to the Control Panel. Go to 'User accounts'. 8. Click 'Handle another account'. Click on your new account. Click on 'Change account type'. Change your account to Administrator and click OK. 9. Logout from your original account. Login to your new account. 10. Download the latest drivers from Corsair's website and install them. 11. The Corsair Control Panel should now be working! Log back in to your original account and you should be all set! Thank you for reading this. Please let me know how it goes!
