M60 Software problems

I just got my M60, everything on it works, i can change dip with the buttons, it tracks smoothly, but the program used to change settings has a lot of things that seem to be grayed out like i can't mess with them. I can set up the button assignment, and i can manage profiles but everything on the manage performance page is grayed out or is unresponsive to clicking, also the led on/off switch and hardware playback is grayed out and unresponsive to clicking. Is there something i'm missing, or doing wrong? Please help

Please ignore this thread, I had this problem 5 times over after re-install aft re-install, but some how this last time re-installing and updating it just happened to fix the problem
