  1. You're in LUCK! Pirate Dog has an adapter that will allow you to control these via the Commander Core XT. This way you'll be able to control the PWM + RGB. You'll just set up the fans as LED strips. https://piratedog.tech/collections/rgb-adapters/products/corsair-rgb-fan-to-aura-mystic-light-motherboard-a-rgb-adapter I bought 10 of them (as I also have a bunch of EKWB LED strips for my blocks, distro and 1 for the Dynamic XL strip). They are a bit pricey but being able to control everything in 1 software is nice. I wish Corsair would just make a damn box like the commander core XT that took standard ARGB plugs. What is so difficult about this? Then we just set them up as strips or input X lights per channel up to Y amount.
  2. I still get ff, the ram issues aren't as frequent and sometimes the lighting on the strix won't fully light. it's weird.
  3. Yeah I keep getting it still. :( Hopefully something gets fixed by ASUS or Corsair. They need to talk to each other. lol
  4. Hey Stickler, try putting your computer to sleep and then waking it up to see if FF still appears. I'm getting 30 now after having woken up the computer. Just noticed that.
  5. @stickler, i get the exact same thing with the ram messing up. i have to manually quit out of icue and reload it sometimes, or do a complete restart to get rid of the triangle with ! Regarding the FF, hopefully this gets fixed from ASUS. I'll post this on the ROG forums somewhere. @Corsair Notepad, I don't run Armoury Crate actively. It's not set to start up on windows either. I think it may be the background services that could be causing conflicts. One thing I have noticed as well is if I have to quite iCue for whatever reason, the dashboard resets. It's annoying as I want to save it and how I have the things arranged. One other thing that's more of a future request: Allow iCue control of motherboard 4-pin headers as well for fans. Would be great if not only we got full RGB control, but also fan control too.
  6. okay! another update. uninstalled aura sync. reinstalled Armoury Crate, let it do an update, and now the GPU and mobo are seen and lights can be adjusted. HOWEVER, I still have a QR code of FF. Do I need to be worried? Also, sometimes the RAM lighting glitches and freezes, and icue shows a !. Only way to sometimes fix it is quite iCue and restart it. Any tips about the FF? I don't know what it means, but it is worrisome.
  7. I have that Strix and the Dark Hero mobo. I've been getting FF qcode errors and the GPU won't show. The mobo didn't now it does. No idea how to fix this.
  8. okay, reinstalled aura sync. got the FF q-code again, but now the Motherboard is showing. Still no GPU . . . Is the q-code thing dangerous? How do I get the GPU?
  9. Hi, I had some odd FF q-codes happening when I installed Armoury crate so I uninstalled, then did a clean uninstall of iCue. I've reinstalled iCue, got all my fans where I need them but I cannot see my GPU or Mobo. Do I still need to install Aura Sync? I had the GPU and Mobo recognized earlier today before I decided to futz with Armoury crate . . . prob shouldn't have. Thanks
  10. Made some custom curves for all the fans and figured that out. System is much quieter. Not sure what RPMs I should set for with the pump. Any advice there?
  11. Hi, I finally completed my new PC and here are the bits: Using ASUS Dark Hero motherboard +ASUS RTX 3090 GPU (both show on iCue fine). 9 HD120 RGB (2 led hubs) Dominator Platinum Capellix RAM 2 Commander Pros: 6 fans on 1, 3 fans and the DDC PWM on the other 1 Lighting node pro +1 strip Three things connected to led channels via adapters Lian Li Dynamic XL (front LED bard = 3 strips EKWB Quantum Magnitude ARGB block - 1 Strip DDC Pump with ARGB - 1 Strip All the LEDs work fine; however, I cannot get the fans to stop revving to max. Using Quiet right now but changing to basic or extreme doesn't do anything. I want to set up custom curves, but I cannot figure it out. Also, when I do a custom curve, which sensor should I have the software choose to monitor so it doesn't think things are burning up? I cannot figure out how to rename fans so I know which is what. This new version is very different than the 3.x.x that I'm used to. Additionally, I cannot figure out how to get the CPU and GPU temps on the dashboard either. Are there any good guides for setting up fan curves and dealing with the pump, or does anyone have tips on what I need to do? Do I need to go to the v3.38.61 version instead? Thank you in advance! @corsair, your how-to guides need to incorporate the new UI and methods as they show the older version.
  12. Got everything wired, minus the Distro plate (haven't received it yet. Is the default lighting for the node pro white? Everything else is rainbow but anything connected to that is white.
  13. NZXT has an even better USB 2.0 internal hub now with 4 ports, no type-a, and it's SATA powered. lol. no more molex and it's cable to the mobo has no exposed wires, so now only my front audio will have that, which I'll prob be buying some shrink wrap to cover. Got that from Amazon and it will be here tomorrow with the extra CoPro.
