ogsrai
Just suddenly without any notice, my number keys on the top of the keyboard stopped working. At times I see 1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-`1234567890-` repeatedly being typed randomly on textboxes. But after a spree of them being typed, all the keys just freeze from ` to the - sign. This continues to happen even if I switch my USB port. I'm not sure how to approach this problem. I've unplugged the USB into another port and even updated the software for the Utility Engine. Due to this problem, I can't even type emails efficiently as I must search, copy and paste the @ sign. Please help if you have any suggestions. NUMLOCK is not the issue.
Toasted
Reset the EEPROM and see whether that helps. Unplug the keyboard, hold the Page Up + Page Down keys while plugging the keyboard back in, The keyboard indicators will start flashing and CUE will prompt you to reflash the firmware. ogsrai
I have tried what you have asked and had to CUE download the update, however the problem is still there. I still can't type `1234567890- Thank you for the suggestion though.
Toasted
If you have not done so already, put in a support ticket with Corsair. https://support.corsair.com/

zakalamity
Were you ever able to find a solution to this? I just started experiencing the same problems where i cant use the '1234567890 keys as well, I have tried the software resets to no avail. Not fun :'(
wg816
My Corsair Strafe RRG MX Silent keyboard is doing the EXACT same thing. Any solutions? `1234567890- stopped working and then randomly starts spamming. At first ````111111 were acting like they were stuck down.
wg816
For the Strafe RGB keyboard: Unplug the keyboard. Hold ESC. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back in while holding ESC. Wait 10 more seconds and let go of ESC. That will reboot the Strafe RGB keyboard. It fixed my problem for 2 days and now it's back again. Not sure what to do now since rebooting it doesn't activate my `1234567890- keys.
yellowblanka
I have to wonder if they even test their hardware/software before they release it to the market. It would be bad enough on a cheaper keyboard, but there's zero excuse for this on a $100+ keyboard.
