kylesheppard364 Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 My Corsair Void Gaming Headset is now, after about 2 weeks of use, stopped producing sound in both ear cups when plugged in, turned on, and set to the default play back device in settings. Try the headset on another computer. if its the same, contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the headset for you.
