cxdur
Hey. I bought the M95 vengeance mouse recently (about 30 minutes ago). I installed it, and it worked fine (with drivers etc). About 30 minutes later after restarting my computer, my computer no longer recognizes it as a corsair mouse, but as a normal mouse. The sensitivity is extremely low, and the light doesn't work. I mean the firmware isn't hooked up with the mouse at all. I tried updating with the firmware thingy (also reinstalled drivers, followed steps on the stickied topic in this section, basically tried everything). This is the error: Cannot open USB device, please plug the device into a USB port or reinstall driver! I've tried installing it by pressing the exe file in the driver folder as well. Thanks in advance
cxdur
Bump, do I really need to return a mouse that stopped working after 30 minutes?
Toasted
Plug the mouse into a different computer and see if its detected as a Corsair mouse. If not, the M95 is probably faulty. Contact your seller and ask if they can replace it for you.
cxdur
It's wrongly detected on other computers as well. I'm going to replace it with another mouse as soon as I get to contact my seller
